My Biohacking Journey

From Personal Struggle to Purpose-Driven Mission At 45, I found myself with declining energy levels and cognitive fog that wasn't there in my 30s. My search for solutions launched me into the world of biohacking and sustainable optimization.

My journey began when I noticed changes happening to my body that I couldn't ignore. Sleep became more elusive, recovery from workouts took longer, and that mental sharpness I took for granted started to fade.

Like many, I tried the standard approaches first - more caffeine, random supplements from the local store, and whatever fitness trends were popular that month. The results were disappointing, and worse, I discovered many products made bold claims with little scientific backing.

The turning point came when I started researching the science behind performance optimization. I became fascinated by the emerging field of biohacking - the idea that we could take control of our biology through evidence-based interventions rather than just accepting decline as inevitable.

Even more concerning was discovering how many health optimization products came with a significant environmental cost. In a world facing ecological challenges, I couldn't justify pursuing personal wellness at the expense of planetary health.

Future Human Gear was born from this realization - that true optimization must balance personal performance with environmental responsibility. Today, I spend my time researching the intersection of these fields and sharing what I learn to help others make informed choices about sustainable biohacking tools.

This site is my way of sharing what I've discovered along the way - separating fact from fiction and highlighting products that deliver results without compromising our planet's future.

I'm not a doctor or scientist - just someone committed to continuous learning and improvement. Every recommendation comes from extensive research and the collective wisdom of the biohacking community.

Thank you for joining me on this journey and lets get healthy together!
